# Successify Media — full text for AI assistants Last updated 5 September 2026. Canonical site: https://successifymedia.com.au/ ## Who we are Successify Media is a founder-led consultancy in Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia (ABN 40 676 267 676). It helps Australian small and mid-sized businesses of 10 to 200 people adopt AI safely and get measurable work out of it, and partners with managed service providers (MSPs) and cyber security consultants who want to offer AI services to their own clients without building a practice from scratch. Founder: Manish Kumar. MBA in entrepreneurship from UTS, a background in business analysis and web application delivery, and a Cert IV in cyber security in progress. He runs every engagement personally. Positioning: for Australian businesses of 10 to 200 people, and the MSPs and cyber consultants who serve them, Successify Media is the practical AI adoption partner that turns "we should be doing something with AI" into governed, measured, shipped work in weeks, with fixed scope and no lock-in. Promise: clear scope, practical delivery, work that ships. Proof pillars: fixed scope and fixed price stated up front ex GST with no open-ended engagements; founder-led delivery where the person who scopes the work does the work; governance before scale so every AI engagement leaves a register, an owner and a policy behind; evidence before claims with a baseline measured, a result measured and reported honestly; the client owns the work including documentation, prompts, code and data. ## How every engagement runs Five steps, used on every service, proposal and deck: Scope (what is in and out, written and signed before quoting; quoted once), Baseline (measure the current state), Build (with the people who will use it), Prove (measure again, report honestly, including when the result is small), Hand over (documentation, an owner, a register entry; the client owns the work). Guarantee, stated in the same words every time: delivered on the scoped date or 20 % refunded. Fixed price. No lock-in. You own the work. Operating values: scope before speed; evidence before claims; governance before scale; plain words. ## Pricing conventions All prices are Australian dollars, ex GST. Tiers are Lean, Standard and Plus. A summary shows the Standard price unless it says "from", in which case it is the Lean price. The entry step (AI Readiness Check) is credited in full against AI Opportunity Discovery, the Guardrails Pack or the Copilot Activation Sprint if booked within 60 days. ## AI services ### AI Readiness Check — 5 working days — AU $990 (Lean AU $990, Standard AU $1,490, Plus AU $2,200) For owners and operations leads of firms with 10 to 200 staff who want a starting point that is not a vendor pitch, firms already paying for Copilot, ChatGPT Team or Gemini, and IT partners who want an independent baseline. Deliverables: a current-use map of which AI tools are in use (sanctioned or not) and what data goes into them; data and licence readiness across Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Xero or MYOB and the line-of-business system; three ranked opportunities scored on value, effort and risk with directional estimates; a one-page guardrails gap list mapped to the Guidance for AI Adoption; a 45-minute walkthrough. About one in four checks concludes the business does not need AI yet, and the report says so. ### AI Opportunity Discovery — 10 working days — AU $4,500 A half-day workshop and process walk-throughs producing an opportunity register scored on value, effort and risk, a 90-day roadmap, and a scoped brief for the first sprint. ### Guardrails Pack — 10 working days — AU $2,900 (Lean AU $1,900, Standard AU $2,900, Plus AU $4,500) For firms of 10 to 200 people where staff are using AI and nobody has written the rules, especially accounting, legal, health and professional services, and for cyber consultants and MSPs who want a delivered governance product. Deliverables: shadow AI audit (patterns by team and tool, never naming individuals); four-page acceptable-use policy in plain words plus a one-page staff version; AI register with purpose, data, owner and review date for every AI use, and written oversight roles, aligned to the Australian Government's Guidance for AI Adoption (AI6) SME track; draft Privacy Act automated decision-making transparency wording for 10 December 2026; Microsoft 365 Copilot oversharing review with a fix list; a one-hour recorded staff briefing. Bundled with Cyber Readiness as "Cyber and AI Readiness" at AU $3,900. Practical guidance, not legal advice. ### ADM Transparency Review — 5 working days — AU $1,900 (Lean AU $1,900, Standard AU $2,900, Plus AU $4,500) From 10 December 2026, entities covered by the Australian Privacy Principles (APP entities, generally turnover over AU $3 million) must disclose in their privacy policy the kinds of personal information used, and the kinds of decisions made, by automated decision-making that could significantly affect a person's rights or interests. Deliverables: an inventory of every automated or AI-assisted decision found through walk-throughs of sales, HR, finance and service processes; a significance assessment with reasoning recorded per decision following OAIC guidance; draft privacy-policy wording ready for legal review; a living ADM register with owner, data, review date and human-review step; a one-hour readout. Not legal advice; does not certify compliance. ### Copilot Activation Sprint — 4 weeks — AU $4,900 for up to 25 seats (Lean AU $3,400 for up to 10 seats, Standard AU $4,900, Plus AU $8,900 for up to 75 seats; AU $90 per additional seat) For firms with 10 to 200 Microsoft 365 seats that bought Copilot, or are about to. Microsoft 365 Copilot Business lists at about AU $31.40 a user a month ex GST; only about 36 % of licensed users use it regularly (Recon Analytics, January 2026). Deliverables: licence and permissions readiness including a SharePoint and OneDrive oversharing review with a fix list; three use cases per role for up to three roles with prompts, check steps and expected time saved; two 90-minute hands-on training sessions, recorded; a versioned prompt library with a "do not paste" list; an adoption dashboard at week 4 and week 12 from the Microsoft 365 Copilot usage report and a staff pulse. Licences are bought from Microsoft or a cloud solution provider, not from Successify. If active use has not at least doubled from baseline by week 12, a further session and second measurement are included at no charge. ### AI Workflow Sprint — 4 weeks — from AU $6,900 (Lean AU $6,900, Standard AU $9,800, Plus from AU $14,500) One workflow, built in the tools the client already uses (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Xero, MYOB, the line-of-business system) with the people who will run it. Week 1 scope and baseline (the workflow measured for two weeks first), weeks 2 and 3 build and test with a designed human review step, week 4 launch, training, second measurement and an honest report, then a 14-day fix window. Handover pack: register entry, owner, policy line, rollback switch, documentation; the client owns the prompts, code and data. Nothing sends, pays or decides without a person checking. ### AI Lead Retainer — monthly — from AU $1,800 a month (Lean 6 hours AU $1,800, Standard 10 hours AU $2,800, Plus 18 hours AU $4,500) A fractional AI lead for firms with AI live and nobody accountable for it after the build. Monthly review of the AI register and adoption numbers reported on one page, next-workflow scoping, acceptable-use policy and ADM wording kept current as the Privacy Act, OAIC guidance and vendor terms change, a standing staff office-hours slot, and a quarterly one-page leadership note. Same-month rollover only. Month to month, cancel with 30 days notice, pause up to 60 days a year. Delivered by Manish Kumar personally. ### AI Visibility Audit — 5 working days — AU $1,490 (Lean AU $990, Standard AU $1,490, Plus AU $2,900 with implementation) For Australian service businesses whose enquiries come from people who now ask an AI assistant who to call. Deliverables: a baseline answer set of twenty customer questions put to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews, recording who is named and what is wrong; a crawler and access audit (robots.txt, AI crawler rules, sitemap, rendering, speed); a spec-compliant llms.txt and llms-full.txt plus Organization, Service, FAQ and Breadcrumb structured data using truthful facts only; an answer-ready content plan for ten pages; a second measurement 30 days after fixes, reported honestly. No placement in AI answers is guaranteed by anyone. ### Cyber Readiness — 5 working days — from AU $799 (Lean AU $799, Standard AU $1,495, Plus from AU $2,500) A Microsoft 365 security posture evidence pack: human-reviewed findings, identity and access risk summary, MFA and Conditional Access observations, secure configuration baseline comparison, technical evidence aligned to Australian Signals Directorate guidance, and a prioritised remediation roadmap. ## Web and CX services ### Pulse Check — 5 working days — AU $1,490 (Lean AU $990, Plus AU $2,200) A ranked list of what is leaking enquiries on a website and customer journey, a 90-day action plan and a 45-minute walkthrough call. Sample report available with synthetic data. ## Partner program For MSPs and cyber security consultants: the AI Readiness Check, Guardrails Pack and Copilot Activation Sprint delivered under the partner's brand to the partner's clients at a wholesale rate, with the partner owning the client relationship and a written no-poach clause. Partner kit: co-branded one-pager, sample report (synthetic data), pricing sheet, 30-minute sales briefing. ## AI use disclosure Successify Media uses OpenAI (ChatGPT and Codex) and Anthropic (Claude and Claude Code) in its own work. AI-assisted work is a draft until a person has checked it; every deliverable is reviewed and approved by Manish Kumar. Naming these tools does not imply endorsement by either vendor. Client data is never entered into a consumer AI account. ## Writing ### Your software already makes decisions the Privacy Act now covers What the 10 December 2026 automated decision-making transparency obligation requires, the three tests that trigger it, and where it hides in an ordinary Australian business. https://successifymedia.com.au/blog/automated-decision-transparency-deadline/ ### Two in three Copilot licences sit unused About 36 % of licensed Microsoft 365 Copilot users use it regularly and small businesses sit at 12 %. Why permissions and use cases, not training, are usually the blocker. https://successifymedia.com.au/blog/copilot-licences-unused/ ### We shipped llms.txt. The evidence says it changes nothing. A 300,000-domain study found no measurable link between llms.txt and AI citations. What the AI referral data actually shows and what appears to matter instead. https://successifymedia.com.au/blog/llms-txt-evidence/ ## Contact Book a 20-minute call at https://successifymedia.com.au/contact/.
