This policy explains how Successify Paid (the "App") handles information. The App is published by Successify Media, an Australian business based in Wollongong, NSW, operated by Manish Kumar. If you have questions, contact info@successifymedia.com.au.
Successify Paid helps sole traders and small businesses keep track of outstanding invoices and send payment reminders to clients. The App does not create invoices and does not process payments — it is a reminder and record-keeping tool that works alongside whatever you use for invoicing and payment.
All information you enter into Successify Paid — your name, business name, optional ABN, payment details text used in reminders, message tone preferences, and per-invoice details (client name, mobile number, email, invoice number, amount, currency, dates, notes, tax treatment, and your log of reminders, replies and pauses) — is stored only on your iPhone, inside the App's local storage (an App Group container, which also lets the App's Home Screen and Lock Screen widget, Siri and Shortcuts actions, and on-device Spotlight search read the same data on your device).
Successify Media has no server and no user accounts for this App. We do not collect, receive, or have access to any of this information. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no crash-reporting SDK built into the App, and no third-party SDKs are used to transmit your data anywhere.
Because your data lives in the App's storage on your device, it will be included in your iCloud Backup or a Finder/computer backup if you have those enabled on your iPhone. Those backups are created and managed by Apple (or by you, if backing up to a computer) under Apple's own terms — Successify Media has no part in creating, storing or accessing them.
On iPhones that support Apple Intelligence (iOS 26 and later, on compatible hardware), the App uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models to help draft reminder messages, read details from a scanned invoice (photo or PDF), interpret client replies you paste in, and parse a typed invoice description into fields. This processing happens entirely on your device using Apple's on-device models — Successify Media never receives the content you process this way. On devices that don't support Apple Intelligence, the App falls back to built-in templates and rules instead of AI.
If you choose to scan or import an invoice, the App will ask for camera, photo library or file access as appropriate. Images are processed on-device to extract invoice fields and are not retained by the App once that information has been extracted.
When you tap Send, the App hands your drafted message to an app or service you choose — such as Messages, WhatsApp, Mail, the clipboard, or the iOS share sheet. From that point, the message content and recipient details are handled by that destination app or service under its own privacy policy and terms. Successify Media does not see, receive, or transmit the message — the App simply opens the share sheet on your device.
Invoice details are indexed on your device so Spotlight can find them and Siri can act on them ("Mark Jai's invoice as paid in Successify Paid"). This index stays on your iPhone. Anything you say to Siri is handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy — Successify Media does not receive your voice requests.
Any reminders you schedule as notifications are local notifications set up on your device by the App. They are not sent through, or triggered by, any Successify Media server.
Successify Paid Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription purchased and processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Successify Media does not receive your payment card or Apple Account details. Apple may share anonymised transaction and subscription status information with us via App Store Connect, which we use only to operate entitlements within the App.
Consistent with the practices described above, Successify Paid's App Privacy label on the App Store is "Data Not Collected" — Successify Media does not collect any data from this App.
Deleting an invoice inside the App removes it from your device immediately. Deleting the App removes all of its data from your device, except for any copies retained in backups you have chosen to keep (such as an iCloud Backup). Because Successify Media holds no copy of your data on any server, there is nothing for us to delete on our end. If you have questions about your data, contact us at the email above.
The App is intended for business use by adults operating a sole trader or small business and is not directed at children.
Successify Media aims to handle information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), even though, given its size and turnover, the business may not be an "APP entity" required by law to comply. If you have a concern about how the App handles information, please contact us first at info@successifymedia.com.au; unresolved privacy complaints may also be raised with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if the App's features change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
