These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to Successify Paid (the "App"), published by Successify Media, an Australian business based in Wollongong, NSW, operated by Manish Kumar. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement, which also applies to your use of the App unless Successify Media has provided a separate licence agreement.
Successify Paid helps sole traders and small businesses keep track of outstanding invoices and send payment reminders to their clients. It is a reminder and organisation tool only. The App does not create or issue invoices, and it does not process, hold, or transmit payments — any payment must still be arranged and made through your existing invoicing, banking or payment provider.
The App does not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax or debt-collection advice. Reminder wording, tax-treatment fields and any AI-drafted text are provided as a convenience only and should not be relied on as professional advice. If you are unsure about your obligations, seek advice from a qualified professional.
You agree not to use the App to harass, threaten, or intimidate any person, to make unlawful threats (including threats of legal action you do not intend to take or are not entitled to take), or to send messages that are misleading, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful. You are solely responsible for your conduct towards your clients.
Invoice, client and reminder data you enter is stored and processed on your device. Messages you draft in the App leave your device only when you choose to send them, at which point they are handed to the app or service you select (such as Messages, WhatsApp, Mail or the clipboard) and are then subject to that service's own terms. Successify Paid offers a free plan (up to 3 open invoices with template-based reminders) and an optional auto-renewing subscription, Successify Paid Pro (billed monthly or yearly), which unlocks unlimited open invoices and, on compatible iPhones, AI-written reminders. AI features depend on your device supporting Apple Intelligence and are not available on all devices.
Successify Paid Pro is offered as a monthly plan (A$6.99 per month) or a yearly plan (A$49.99 per year) at the time of writing. Prices are shown in your local currency in the App before you subscribe and may vary by country or change over time; the price shown in the App at the time of purchase is the price you pay. New subscribers may be offered a one-week free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged for the first period.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the price shown until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase and at each renewal. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit; Apple processes payment and Successify Media does not receive your card or account details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies, not by Successify Media.
Successify Paid is a reminder tool. Using the App, including its AI-drafted messages, does not guarantee that any client will pay, respond, or respond by any particular date. Successify Media is not responsible for a client's failure to pay an invoice.
We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App from time to time, including AI features that depend on Apple's platform capabilities. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, Successify Media excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App, including loss arising from inaccurate invoice or client data, messages you choose to send, unpaid invoices, or reliance on AI-drafted content. Where the Australian Consumer Law implies a guarantee that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited, where permitted, to the resupply of the App or its equivalent cost.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example as the App's features change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, without limiting any rights you have under Apple's End User Licence Agreement or applicable consumer law.
