Successify Media

About - A one-person consultancy that ships.

Successify Media is a founder-led consultancy in Wollongong, NSW. We help Australian small and mid-sized businesses adopt AI safely and get measurable work out of it, and we partner with managed service providers and cyber security consultants who want to offer AI services to their own clients without building a practice from scratch.

We sell fixed-scope, fixed-price engagements delivered personally by the founder. The name carries the idea: success made repeatable. The mark carries the method: one clear line through a field of tiles, with one tile lit.

What we promise - Clear scope. Practical delivery. Work that ships.

Every claim on this site maps to one of these five.

  • Fixed scope and fixed price, stated up front, ex GST. No open-ended engagements.
  • Founder-led delivery: the person who scopes the work does the work.
  • Governance before scale: every AI engagement leaves a register, an owner and a policy behind.
  • Evidence before claims: baseline measured, result measured, reported honestly.
  • You own the work: documentation, prompts, code and data stay with you.

Values - Four operating values, each one you can check.

Not collaboration, innovation, precision and transparency. Those are true of everyone. These show up in how the work is done.

01

Scope before speed

We write down what is in and out before we quote, and we quote once.

02

Evidence before claims

We measure before and after, and we say when a result is small.

03

Governance before scale

Nothing goes live without an owner, a register entry and a rollback.

04

Plain words

If a sentence needs a glossary, it is rewritten.

Founder

Manish Kumar

Fixed scope is not a pricing trick. It is the only way one person can promise a date, keep it, and still say no to work you do not need.

Two in three Copilot licences sit unused

About 36 % of people with a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence use it regularly, and small businesses are far below that. The blocker is usually permissions and use cases, not training.
