- What if the result is small?
- We say so. The measurement is the deliverable. About one build in five lands smaller than hoped, and the report explains why and what the next step is.
- Which tools do you build in?
- The ones you already pay for: Microsoft 365 with Copilot Studio or Power Automate, Google Workspace with Gemini, Xero and MYOB, and business AI accounts with no-training terms. We do not add platforms you do not need.
- Do we need the readiness check first?
- No, but most clients do it, because it finds the workflow worth building and is credited in full against the Sprint.
