We have written a full sample Pulse Check on a fictional firm (“Northbeach Accountants — sample”). It shows the depth, structure, and tone of a real engagement. Names and details are fictional and the report is watermarked accordingly.
FAQ - Common questions.
Do you need access to our analytics?
It is optional but recommended. We use temporary read-only access — never write access — and we step away at delivery. Full detail in our privacy stance.
What if our site is small, new, or a single page?
Then the Lean tier ($990, 10 pages) is the right fit. If you have under 10 pages and limited traffic, we will tell you honestly whether a Pulse Check is the right next step before you pay.
Can we skip the Pulse Check and go straight to a rebuild?
Yes — but we rarely recommend it. The Pulse Check is what makes a Sprint efficient. Without it we are guessing at what to fix.
How is this different from a free strategy call?
A free call gives you opinions. A Pulse Check gives you a written, ranked, documented plan you actually own. The two are not comparable.
Who else sees our report?
No one outside the engagement. We do not share, anonymise, or repurpose it.
How soon can we start?
Usually within 1–2 weeks of payment, depending on current pipeline.
