- Will you name the staff using unapproved tools?
- No. The audit reports patterns by team and tool, never individuals. The point is a policy people can follow, not a list of names.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. It is practical guidance aligned to the Guidance for AI Adoption and the Privacy Act amendments. We say where a lawyer should check the wording, and we work alongside yours if you have one.
- What if we already have a policy?
- We review it against the audit findings and the current guidance, and rewrite only what fails. Lean pricing applies if it mostly holds up.
