Successify Media

Fixed scope · 4 weeks · AU $4,900 ex GST for up to 25 seats - You pay AU $31 a seat a month for Copilot. One in three people use it.

Only about 36 % of licensed Copilot users use it regularly. In four weeks we fix the permissions that make it unsafe, pick three use cases per role that save real hours, train the people, and measure whether it stuck.

Where this sits in the ladder

  1. Step 1: Check
  2. Step 2: Discover
  3. Step 3: Guard
  4. Step 4: Ship (current)
  5. Step 5: Sustain

Who it is for - Right for you if this sounds familiar.

A fit when

  • Firms with 10 to 200 Microsoft 365 seats that bought Copilot, or are about to, and want it used rather than shelved.
  • Practice managers and operations leads who need a number to show the owner at week 12.
  • MSPs who sell the licence and want an adoption product to go with it, delivered under their brand.

Not the right step when

  • Google Workspace firms. Ask about Gemini activation instead.
  • Firms without a SharePoint and OneDrive permissions baseline. Copilot surfaces whatever a user can already see, so we fix that first, and we will not switch it on if the oversharing risk is too high.

What you get - Deliverables, not a transformation.

01

Licence and permissions readiness

Copilot prerequisites checked, SharePoint and OneDrive oversharing reviewed, sensitivity labels and restricted search applied where needed. Fix list for your IT partner.

02

Three use cases per role

For each of up to three roles: three tasks Copilot does well in your tools, with the prompt, the check step and the time it should save.

03

Two training sessions

Ninety minutes each, hands-on, in your files. Recorded for new starters.

04

Prompt library

Your firm's prompts in a shared library with owners, versioned, plus the "do not paste" list.

05

Adoption dashboard

Active users, tasks per user and hours saved reported at week 4 and week 12, from the Microsoft 365 Copilot usage report and a two-question staff pulse.

How it runs - Scope · Baseline · Build · Prove · Hand over

Questions we get asked - Straight answers.

Do you sell the Copilot licences?
No. You buy them from Microsoft or your cloud solution provider. We are vendor-neutral and paid only for the activation work.
What if usage does not improve?
The week 12 dashboard is honest either way. If active use has not at least doubled from baseline, we run a further session and a second measurement at no charge.
Can our MSP do the permissions fixes?
Yes, and usually should. We produce the fix list and verify it; Plus includes doing the remediation ourselves.

Evidence: Copilot Business lists at AU $31.40 a user a month ex GST (Microsoft, July 2026). Regular use among licensed Copilot users is 35.8 % (Recon Analytics, January 2026). Copilot services from AU providers are publicly unpriced (Appendix 1.5).

Fixed scope is not a pricing trick. It is the only way one person can promise a date, keep it, and still say no to work you do not need.
