ADM deadline checker · Ten questions · Three minutes · No sign-up - Your software already makes decisions about people. Find out what you must disclose by 10 December 2026.
Ten plain questions tell you whether the Privacy Act automated decision-making obligation applies to you, where the decisions hide in ordinary software, how exposed you are, and how many days remain. You get the one gap to close first, the fixed-price step that closes it, and a summary you can keep or send. Nothing you enter leaves your browser.

How the score works - Plain rules, so you can check the result yourself.
No weighting tricks and no hidden lead score. 5 dimensions, three points each, 15 at the top, scored the same way for everyone.
Five dimensions, three points each
Inventory, human review, data map, disclosure and register each score 0 to 3 from one or two questions. Fifteen is the top score.
One answer can override the score
Choosing "Nothing. The program's output is the decision." for the human review question puts the result in the Critical tier whatever the total, because that answer is the obligation on its own.
The clock is the Privacy Act, not us
The days counted run to 10 December 2026, the date the amendment commences. Under the AU $3 million threshold the obligation does not yet apply, and the result says so plainly.

Fixed scope is not a pricing trick. It is the only way one person can promise a date, keep it, and still say no to work you do not need.
